Electrical
Our electrical team manages the full electrical scope of large-scale solar projects, ensuring every phase is executed with precision, safety, and adherence to the highest industry standards. From direct current (DC) wiring at the module level to high-voltage grid interconnection, we guarantee a robust and efficient power plant.
Electrical Interconnection: We perform all wiring and terminations, connecting the DC strings from the modules to the inverter’s input and the inverter’s AC output to the main power evacuation system.
Trenching and Conduit: We perform all necessary trenching, laying conduits to protect electrical cables from environmental and mechanical damage.
Quality Assurance & Testing
Our commitment to quality ensures the long-term performance and safety of every project. We perform comprehensive testing, including:
IV Curve Testing (Current-Voltage): This is a critical diagnostic test where we measure the current and voltage of the solar panels to generate a performance curve. This allows us to identify and troubleshoot any underperforming modules, ensuring the entire array is operating at its peak efficiency.
Megger Testing (Insulation Resistance): We use a Megger to perform insulation resistance tests on all DC and MV wiring. This is a crucial safety test that detects potential insulation faults which could lead to ground faults or fire hazards. It verifies that the wiring is free from shorts and provides a safe path for current.

Trenching
Ensuring a safe and efficient foundation for your electrical infrastructure. Our competent team expertly manages all aspects, from trenching to equipment installation.
Trenching & Cable Management: We handle all site trenching, conduit installation, and backfilling to protect underground cables from damage. Our services include specialized solutions for crossing roads and other obstacles.
MV, DC, and Grounding: Our team installs and terminates all DC and MV cabling, from the solar modules to the substation. We also install a comprehensive grounding grid to protect personnel and equipment from electrical faults.
Equipment Foundations: We construct and pour concrete inverter pads and install all necessary cable trays, providing secure and stable foundations for critical electrical equipment.
